Financial Innovations has been the official licensed merchandise vendor from 1980-2008 for every Democratic National Convention, and Democratic Presidential candidate. The 1997 Presidential Inaugural Committee selected FII as exclusive official merchandise vendor. Again, Financial Innovations is proud to have been selected as the authorized vendor for the 2009 Presidential Inauguration.

Placing an Order

Our goal at InauguralStore.com is to provide you with quality products. We want to insure that placing an order with us is simply, secure and "pain free". To place an order, just follow these easy steps:

Select your product. Our store offers a variety of products. Simply browse through the appropriate category and click on the thumbnail image or provided test links. This will take you to the product description.

Select Product Attributes. Many of our products come in a variety of sizes and/or colors. Simply use the drop down menus to select the sizes/colors you wish to order.

Enter quantity and "add to cart". Placing items into your shopping basket allows you to save your selection until you are ready to checkout.

Checkout. This is where you will be asked to supply your shipping and billing information so that your order may be finalized. You also be asked to select the shipping method for your order as well as the payment method you wish to use. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Electronic Debit.

Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund*. Simply follow these three steps to ensure proper processing:

Call us at 1-800-808-7594 for authorization AND for the correct return address.

Repack item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the original packing slip.

Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. Once the package has been received we will happily send you a replacement OR refund the original purchase price excluding the shipping charges**.

**All returns that are not due to an incorrect shipment or damaged/flawed merchandise will result in a 15% restocking fee.

We will be happy to assist you with any exchanges or replacements for items purchased through our online store. For exchanges of damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges. Taxes

InauguralCollectibles.com, by Financial Innovations, is required by law to remit taxes on all non-apparel orders shipped to Rhode Island.

Shipping

Most items leave our warehouse within 3-7 business days but may take up to 14 business days for delivery depending on UPS or USPS service selected during checkout. Orders are NOT guaranteed to be delivered before the Inauguration on January 20, 2009. It is possible, if your order contains an item that is backordered, that your order may be delayed until it can ship complete.

Larger products may require shipping and handling charges in addition to normal shipping rates. Please reference product pages for information on specific items.
